I made a site to host mp3s. It is a mixtape of my life. Songs posted at random intervals, when I am feeling the need to put music into the souls of those that want to hear. Warning: highly unpolished design, etc. Oh yeah, the site’s called Degeneric.

Music makes me happy - through no real effort on my end, I can make endless numbers of people happy. I like happy and I like people. When I hear music, my soul opens up and I feel good. It’s been the only constant in my life. A world without wonderful wonderful music is no world at all. Still, I advise you, don’t listen to country, or any top 40, except for sometimes Beyonce, cause she’s one fly chick.

So, it’s highly unpolished, it will go through endless changes, and it’s really just a bunch of code wrangled together under a WordPress install. But, like Ze (I’d have that guy’s babies) says, when you have an idea, you just need to do it. So I did. And it will eventually be released as a bunch of plugins for WordPress that will let you run your own mixtape-esque site.
